Capacity-building is defined as the process of developing and strengthening the skills, instincts, abilities, processes and resources that organizations and communities need to survive, adapt, and thrive in a fast-changing world. Substantially increase the number of youth and adults who have relevant skills, including technical and vocational skills, for employment, decent jobs and entrepreneurship and eliminate gender disparities in education and ensure equal access to all levels of education and vocational trainings for the vulnerable, including persons with disabilities, indigenous peoples and children in vulnerable situations.

 Entrepreneurship within an organization refers to the process of creating and implementing innovative ideas and solutions to drive growth and success. It involves thinking creatively and outside the box, taking calculated risks, and being willing to experiment and iterate. therefore kara organization supports youth and adults to start up their business where we can have assistance in both terms; providing business ideas and facilitating opportunities to bring their ideas in a concrete and practical way.

Kara organization  has worked to cooperate by holding educational seminars and workshops, capacity professionalism, business development, generating business ideas, academic counseling, fellowships and holding foreign language training courses. Providing short and long-term internship opportunities is an initiative action which this organization is doing for the youth generation. To include we build and upgrade education facilities, especially for the ones with disabilities and to provide safe, nonviolent, inclusive and effective learning environment to all Afghans.
